I recently stayed at a charming B&B for 2 nights in Perth. The hostess was accommodating and the rooms were clean and well-equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge, and TV. I loved having my own private bathroom, unlike other places with shared facilities. The pool was pristine and the location was convenient, with a great Indian restaurant and shopping center nearby.

Would recommend this hotel.

Exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished and everything you want in your room. The host is fantastic and looks after you very well and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Only about 150mtrs from a main shopping center with cinemas, restaurants and take-aways. Not that far really from the beach and freeway into the city.

Front bedroom where I stayed a little noisy with road traffic, however, this quieten down after about 8pm.

topolinis caffe, where you can eat, is short way from the hotel. consider staying here if you plan to visit penistone park. we enjoyed the fact that we chose palms bed & breakfast. free parking onsite was provided.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting as it offers convenience and comfort. The room was nice and comfortable, and Theresa, the hostess, was warm, helpful. Breakfasts were delightful, and the location was close to shops and the train station.

One thing I missed for my work was having a reliable and fast internet connection.

The value for money was excellent, as the room had all the necessary amenities, including a private bathroom. The location was convenient, close to a shopping centre and within walking distance of Warwick Station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that there was room for our car and camper trailer. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise every day, with options like toasted ham and cheese included.

No real coffee, but a nice cup of tea sufficed.

It was close to shopping, had free wifi capability, and the hosts were pleasant people who left you alone.

It was a Bed and Breakfast and the room and bathroom had a mildew odor that was faint but did cause me to sneeze. Other than that, the facilities were adequate.

Just walking distance from Little India, where you can have lunch. Definitely would go back in flash. It had free Wi-Fi to keep me connected.

The wifi connection was quite poor and I had trouble running a program I needed. the breakfast timing was a bit late for business travelers who need to be at a course or conference early in the morning.

Quiet. As I was unable to make breakfast each morning Teresa ensured that there cereal and toast left in my room each evening for the next day.

Teresa put us up at her brother's bed and breakfast place - Arcadian BB and my friends and I love the place. It was a home away from home. Very clean rooms and toilets and they use quality products. Even before we checked in, Teresa was already emailing us to check if we need anything else. Her brother, Jeffrey, was a great host and went out of his way to make us feel at home. He helped us with our luggage to the Warwick Station and provided useful information to ease our travel.

The host Teresa is exceptional - always available and entertaining. Private and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast included. Convenient location with nearby shopping center.

No negatives.

Very comfortable place to stay with friendly host. It was easy to get to other areas in Perth with the freeway a short, simple drive away. Peaceful residential area, (good nights sleep) and a medium size shopping centre within close walking distance was good.

I liked that the room was clean and tidy. our host's were always helpful. we were given space and privacy. we had plenty of tea and coffee supplies in our room. we were well catered for with delisious food. we had appliances and free internet in our room.

i personally would have prefered a glass shower screen to the shower curtian as i dislike curtians.

Friendly staff, convenient location near shops and restaurants. Comfy bed, clean room with useful amenities like microwave and fridge. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable. A pleasant stay overall.
